To better capture the bulk of business opportunities in the China market and to utilize Chinese resources to support US projects, PSA formally opened its Shanghai office by registering as a limited liability company in June of 2004. To date, PSA is able to provide comprehensive architectural services to both US and Chinese clients and to provide such services around the clock with an established coordination system between the two offices across the Pacific Ocean. While promoting under the banner of “global practice… unlimited solutions…”, PSA has adapted an operational strategy in China that is geared with local market conditions.
